Jane is the project lead for Foundations for Families’ Wage Comparability Studies, which are tailored to the client’s service area, program design, and organizational structure. Jane also supports FFF’s Comprehensive Grant Writing services, provides technical support to clients through the Grant Writing Toolkit, and assists with Community Assessment reporting.

Jane also works with the Partnership and Community Collaboration Academy, which provides training to federal employees nationwide with courses in facilitation, conflict management, and partnership assessment. Prior to working with Foundations for Families, Jane was a senior development associate for The Conservation Fund. Her expertise is rooted in this early work in fundraising, where donor relationships were key to program success. More recent work in the public sector has given Jane insights into the importance of maintaining transparency in accordance with federal laws, as well as how to protect confidential data.

Jane is a graduate of Middlebury College, with a B.A. in Literary Studies. In 2025, she earned a Compensation Studies Certificate from Cornell University.
