DRS4 - 91 links to FOA applications grants.gov

On October 1, 2015 OHS released most of the forecasted DRS4 FOAs to grants.gov.  Interestingly, there were 98 on the forecast and there are 91 on grants.gov now.These service areas were forecasted but have not, yet, arrived at grants.gov: 1) CA: City of Oakland, 2) LA: Ouachita Parish, 3) MI: Oakland County, 4) MI: Wayne County with the exception of the City of Detroit, 5) RI: Washington County including Block Island, 6) WA: King County, outside the city limits of Seattle and Pierce County outside Tacoma School District boundaries, and 7) WA: Snohomish County with the exception of the Communities of Arlington, Granite Falls, Marysville and Sultan.If your service area is listed below, the your DRS4 FOA is on grants.gov.
