Clare Siegel spent more than 35 years working in early childhood, focusing on infants and toddlers, families, and special populations. As a consultant for Foundations for Families, she provided expertise in engaging families and communities, early childhood development, program development, management and monitoring, home visiting and center-based programming, training and technical assistance, and direct services to infants/toddlers, families, and young children with special needs
