 Technical Assistance

Many things can prevent good early childhood programs from being great:

Finding and keeping great teachers, managing money, setting and keeping the budget, working well with the board, keeping families satisfied and positive, taking stock of the program, updating offerings, marketing and enrollment, technology, security…the list goes on and on.

We’ll figure out what’s going well, what needs work and give you a step-by-step plan to achieve excellence.

Our approach depends on you. Sometimes we use a coaching/mentoring model, other times a validated assessment tool. In all cases, we’ll target the practices that will have the greatest and most valuable impact. What types of programs benefit from technical assistance?

  • Any program committed to excellence
  • Programs seeking NAEYC accreditation renewal
  • Programs considering application for NAEYC accreditation
  • Early childhood programs in crisis or transition
  • Teacher training that is valuable, affordable and enjoyable. That’s what you want and that’s what you’ll get. Call us, we’ll set it up: 703-299-6570.
