We know that high-quality centers strive to attract and retain staff who posses specialized skills and knowledge in early childhood development. Foundations for Families has developed training program options to accommodate individual center staffing schedules and individual participant training needs.

• Classes are held on-site at centers or at Foundations for Families Alexandria office
• Classes address individual adult learning styles so that every participant can be successful
• Classes meet for 10 hours each month
• Participants receive one-on-one support assembling their professional resource files

Foundations for Families’ CDA training follows the Council for Professional Recognition’s content requirements. Our trainers strive to bring all participants an engaging, interesting program. Our goal is that every participant learn, share, have fun and build their confidence and skills as early childhood educators.
